MEET THE TEAM
CO-FOUNDER
NATALIA BOUGADELLIS
Natalia is originally from Athens, Greece and has made New York her home since 2013. She was included in the Forbes Next 1000 list of inspiring entrepreneurs in 2021 for her work at Blue Slate. Natalia enjoys all things production related, but when she is not on set, you can find her on her jet ski in Greece.
Emory started Blue Slate with Natalia after graduating from NYU film school in 2017. At Blue Slate, she is our resident director and a post-production wiz. Emory’s generally not one to brag, but she’s also an emerging pop artist and songwriter who loves making music for her community.

FALLON OESER
Fallon joined Blue Slate in 2022 after 5 years of sports journalism and marketing strategy. She has previously worked on the Olympics with NBC Sports and managed creative strategy for brands such as White Castle and the Ad Council. Outside of work, she’s a big fan of biking, tennis and iced coffee.
